I realize that full payment is required. The additional $150 Key Damage Deposit is returned following the return of the keys and an inspection of the apartment provided that:

1. We leave the apartment at the check out time of 11:30 a.m. so that the cleaning crew can make the apartment ready for the next guests who arrive this same day.

2. That there is no damage done to the apartment other than normal wear and tear.

If you used a credit card it will be credited and if you paid by check a check will be issued to you following your return home.   No refunds at the property.

I have also been informed and agree to the cancellation policies listed below

For cancellations 90 days or more before the arrival date there is a 25%   ($200 minimum) cancellation fee.

For cancellations between 60 and 90 days before arrival the cancellation fee is 50% of the total rental costs ($400 minimum). These fees apply whether or not we re-rent the apartment.

Within 60 days the full costs of the apartment will apply.

I have been encouraged to purchase cancellation insurance which is readily available from the Casa Del Sol Website.

All cancellations must be in writing to American Dream Vacations.
