This cozy, pool side, ground floor, waterfront, efficiency apartment is ideal for two persons and will take up to a family of four persons.  One bed is a queen size bed and the other is a futon with upgraded mattress which makes into a full size bed.  The Futon has a 7 inch mattress for adult comfort when sleeping.. This apartment was totally renovated in October 2004.

 

Enjoy the outdoors relaxing by the pool or under the new large shaded awning adjacent to the pool.  The awning provides for get togethers by many guest for wine/cheese parties, or BBQ events.  We provide a new stainless shared BBQ pit for you to use individually or in a group.

February & March of 2013 will be our 8th year at Casa. That pretty much says it all. We have stayed in many of the units, & they all are nice, but have decided that unit #2 is our home away from home. It is a studio, but has the added benefit of a patio & gazebo that we love to use for morning coffee & breakfast. It is a large room & has a good kitchen, plenty of closet space, a satellite TV, use of a phone within the US for free, a beautiful pool overlooking a canal, & a barbecue area where everyone meets ,after a day in the sun, for cocktails, dinner, to play board games or just to talk. In addition to the clean & nice units, it is the friendly & helpful owners & staff that keep us coming back. Over the years we have made some very good friends. It is typical for people to return year after year & we also are looking forward to next year.

Recommended for: age 55+

Owners response: Casa Del Sol would not be the same without Chris and Ed. They bring happiness to us all. We look forward to Next Feb.
