One Bedroom Waterview Apartment # 4

This one bedroom Waterview is located just under the large one bedroom with the balcony.  You are just 50 feet from the heated swimming pool and adjacent covered awning were many of our guest gather to socialize.  Sleeping is for 3-4 people  The bedroom has a king size bed for two and the living room a futon sofa sleeper and upgraded mattress for two.  In a pinch there is a single futon chair that can be made into a bed in the event that two separate sleeping beds are required in the living room.

Enjoy the outdoors relaxing by the pool or under the new large shaded awning adjacent to the pool.  The awning provides for get togethers by many guest for wine/cheese parties, or BBQ events.  We provide a new stainless shared BBQ pit for you to use individually or in a group.

 

The Rates established are for 2 persons!  Please add $10 per day for 3rd, 4th and 5th person.

Cancellation policy

We strongly recommend cancellation insurance.  We have made an investigation of various  insurance companies and like what we see with Travelex Insurance Services.  You can go into their web site directly from here so bookmark us first so you do not loose.  When you get to the "Purchase Insurance" page, Travelex will ask you for a location number.  It says the number is located on the brochure.  Since you do not have a brochure please use  Our agent location number which is 30-6181.  You must use this location number to purchase cancellation insurance for any of our products.  You may include other items for the same trip that are purchased separately from another vendor.  The coverage is quite comprehensive and we recommend you look through their web site before purchasing the insurance to see exactly what you want.  Be sure in all cases to put our number, 30-6181 when you first get into their home page. This will give you special rates based upon our type of products.
